Tranzak Cameroon SARL is a Fintech company located in the heart of Cameroon's economic capital, Douala, Akwa, founded in Q1 of 2021, with a goal to offer payment solutions to our users.
- What payment solutions do you offer?
Tranzak aims at helping users make payment easier, irrespective of where the money is found. For example, paying your landord whose bank account is partnered with us using your mobile wallet account (be it MTN MoMo or OM).
- Who are your partners?
We have several partners like MTN and Orange, and we have onboarded banks such as UBA, Afriland First Bank.
- Where are you located?
Our headquarters is located at Rue 400 Drouot, Akwa, Douala Cameroon.
- How can I contact you?

- Do you support bank to bank transfers?
Tranzak Cameroon works as an intermediary between the user and their banks. If you are an owner of two or more bank accounts, Tranzak can help move your funds from one bank to another without you being there physically.
- When do I receive my money?
You will receive your money the next day for local payments. International payment varies depending on your region.
- Are there any transaction limits?
Yes, there are transaction limits. Transaction limits apply to the different types of accounts.
